We live in a world with full of things that we need to face every single day, with the workloads that you have to do, facing traffic jam everyday to work adding up with people's attitude, also the bills that waiting for you to pay them and many other things that you need to handle everyday in your life. It may seems normal but then it did have slight affect on your mind, isn't it?
I may not an expertise in this terms but I'm going to share with you these tips that I have always use everyday in my life.
Honestly, two years ago was the year that I'm not in a very good terms, I mean, I've been admitted to the hospital due to my left eyes. Because of the stressful things that I have to face during my studies, its affect me real bad. Alhamdulillah syukur, praise to Allah, my left eyes get to see again after I got my treatments.
But the affect after that was terrible, I started to get paranoid, I started to cry everyday, think things negatively, honestly, I have a lot of bad things running in my mind, in that time, for a month or two, I was depressed. I hate myself for being so weak. Frankly, after that, I make up my mind, to change the way I think. It is for my own goods to always stay healthy and be happy again.
Therefore, I will share with you some of the tips that I have always practice until now. Here we ago.
The most important thing, as a muslim, never forget to perform your prayers, 5 times a day. I may have a lot of flaws but I'm still learning to be a better person everyday.
Anyway, here is the 5 Tips To Stay Positive
1. Express your feelings to the person you trust the most
Expressing what you feel is definitely helps you a lot rather than keep those things to yourself. My parents is always be the best person for me to talk about anything. They always give great advise, never stop encouraging you, supports you and always motivate you to be strong to face difficulties in our life.
2. Try To Do Something That Makes You Happy
Make yourself busy by joining any activities that you love to do. Play bowling, badminton, hiking, jogging, anything that makes you sweat and happy. Let those negative flesh out from your sweats. Its definitely helps a lot. If you don't like sports, then go for something that makes you feel happy, lepaking with your friends also could help you.
3. Go For a Road Trips/Vacations
After weeks of weeks working, go for vacation, breath the ocean air, it will makes you happy, it will make you forget for awhile the workload that you have back at the office. Honestly, it is one of the best way to refresh your mind again.
4. Replace Your Negative Thoughts Into a Positive Way
Never brings out those negative thought you have. Replace it into a positive way of thinking. It may be hard to do, I know, its hard, but you have to push yourself to turn those negative thinking of yours into a good way. Its better than burn yourself into negative thoughts.
5. Take Care of Yourself
Whatever it is, your mind, your body is your priority. Take a good care of them. Positive mind lead to a positive way of living with a healthy body.
This is your life, no matter how hard it is, you need to take care of yourself. It takes time to do it, but the result is definitely worth for lifetime. This is how I manage myself, pushing myself to keep a positive mind always. Do love yourself more everyday ❤
